Our Name
CloudVeloce (pronounced “vā-ˈlō-(ˌ)chā”) comes from the pairing of two concepts:
First, our foundation and dedication to “cloud” software development, where we specialize in the curation, management and protection of intellectual property.
Second, “Veloce” is the Italian word for fast, used commonly in auto racing. This resonates with a recognition of how we work - executing quickly, in a coordinated fashion, like a le Mans pit crew, based on practiced methods to assist our clients win.

Our Location
With a global headquarters in within the U.S., we differ significantly from offshore companies that locate in the Cayman Islands or which are Irish-domiciled for tax and/or legal climates that favor them. Such companies are not subject to the same strict legal regulation (which means you do not receive the same legal protections) that are placed on U.S. companies in the management of intellectual property and other financial assets.
We chose San Juan, Puerto Rico as our global headquarters to ensure our clients and business partners that they were partnering with a trusted entity subject to U.S. law, while still lowering our cost of operations in your favor.
